At the time of your initial booking, Anna Siljama Hypnotherapy advised you of her appointment policy and payment method.
Appointment policy – a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment reschedules or cancellations and I reserve the right to charge your credit card number on file at the full sessional rate. This policy is for the benefit of all concerned and has been put in place to ensure that appointment times are being best utilized.
Payment method – to finalize the booking, a credit card number is required on file. By giving me your credit card details at the time of booking, you authorize me to use this credit card number to process the payment for your sessions. If you wish to pay with cash, you may arrange to pay via direct debt prior to your session.
By booking an appointment with Anna Siljama Hypnotherapy, you agree to the terms conditions stated in this appointment policy.
Client Cancellations, Missed or Rescheduled Appointments
If you do not show up, or if you cancel or reschedule your appointment without the required 24 hours’ notice, and you are paying per session, Anna Siljama reserves the right to charge your credit card number on file, at the full sessional rate. If you have purchased the discounted program package, then the session will be deemed as forfeit.
Notification of cancellations or reschedules must be made by calling or texting Anna Siljama directly on 0402 828 680.
Unused sessions purchased in the discounted program package expire one year from the date of purchase.
Refunds on any unused sessions purchased in the discounted program package will be prorated at the full sessional rate. In plain English, this just means that the sessions attended are charged at the full sessional rate and you are refunded the remaining balance.
Anna Siljama reserves the right to reschedule appointments at any time. Don’t worry, this very rarely happens, and will always be for your benefit!
Arriving at your Session on Time
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the session will be deemed as missed, so please arrive on time for your session. Also, note that time will not be added to sessions that begin late. If you do run late, please call Anna Siljama Hypnotherapy on 0402 828 680. I will check to see if I am able to accommodate you. If not, I reserve the right to charge for the session.
Confidentiality
All information provided is held in the strictest confidence, subject to duty of care, and legal requirements. Sessions may be recorded and become part of your confidential record. Educational videos may be created from recordings to be used to promote Anna Siljama Hypnotherapy services where your identity remains protected and private at all times. To request removal of your personal information from our website, blog, testimonial pages and social platforms, you may email Anna Siljama at contact@annasiljama.com.au and your request will be actioned immediately.
