I just found it easier not to snack
I wasn’t convinced but after many unsuccessful attempts to lose weight, I thought hypnotherapy would be worth a try. Anna was very patient and considerate and we agreed that snacking in-between meals was my main problem. I had a few sessions but things happened quite quickly. After the appointment, I just found it easier not to snack. I don’t think I noticed at first, I just didn’t do it. My goal was to lose 5kg and I lost 2kg in just under two weeks!
